What are your shipping fees?

Do you offer Free Shipping?
Place your order over $150.00 and receive Free standard ground shipping. On occasion, we offer special shipping deals. They are announced on our website and on social media. Register for special offer emails below. See our Shipping fee page for details.

What is the standard shipping time frame?
Most orders are shipped the day they are received. Orders shipped via standard ground will arrive in 4 to 7 business days. Expedited options are available from overnight to 2-3 day express.

Do you ship internationally?
We gladly ship to fishermen around the world. See our International Orders page for details.

How do I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be processed right after submission; however, we are happy to change your order if it has not been processed. Just give us a call at 419-868-8288 option 6.

How do I change my information on my account?
In your my account you can go to profile information and update your information including name, phone number, address and password.

How do I find my purchase history?
You can find your order history under your account once you are logged into our web site. If you click welcome (your name) it will bring the your account options.

Do you offer wholesale accounts?
We do not offer a wholesale program. We try to keep competitive prices for all of our customers.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?
You can unsubscribe from emails by either clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom our emails promotions. You are also welcome to call or email us and we can take care of that for you as well.

Can I order out of stock items?
We do offer backorders on some of our products. The item will show out of stock but will still let you add the items to your cart. As soon as they arrive, we will get them shipped out.

Do you have quantity discounts?
Products with quantity discounts are shown on the website and in our catalog. These discounts are applied on the web at the time of checkout.

Do you have a parts sizing chart?
Our part sizing chart is available for download on our home page. Printing out this pdf document displays the exact size of an item along with it's dimension.

What are your hours?
Our hours for both our retail showroom and customer service change by the season. Check our retail store and customer service pages below for up-to-date hours.

Is Federal Excise Tax included in our prices (FET)?
The Dingell-Johnson sport fishing restoration act was established in 1950 and adds a 10% tax to most fishing tackle. Where applicable, our product prices include FET. Sorry, we can't delete the tax.
