Lake Erie is the 4th largest of the 5 Great Lakes and the 12th largest freshwater lake in the world. Walleye are the main attraction in the Central Basin as the population has rebounded yet again in recent years. This map covers the eastern end of the central basin from Ashtabula Ohio to the New York state line. Smallmouth bass and yellow perch offer additional angling opportunities.
