Createx 4021 reducer contains solvents which improve flow and assist curing to a level smooth finish. 4021 Quick Drying Reducer is an improved formulation of the original 4012 Flash Reducer that has a quicker drying time and more potency. 4021 is most often used 10% or more with airbrushes.
