The MA-F905 rod blank is a 2 piece blank, 9’ long rated for 5 weight line with a moderate fast action and a black Matrix finish. The MA-F905 will make a nice light bass and trout rod. Casting light poppers or bead head flies will be no trouble at all. This blank can also be used for panfish.
