Our F7024 rod building kit features a Carbon One IM10 fly rod blank. Carbon One IM10 Fly Rod Blanks are light, ultra responsive blanks with relentless performance! Features a beautiful sanded matte finish. The F7024 fly rod blank is a 4 piece blank, 7' long rated for 2 weight line. It is a good choice when a longer cast is needed. Makes a nice light bass and trout rod. Casting light poppers or bead head flies will be no trouble at all. This blank can also be used for panfish. This rod building kit includes the same quality parts and materials used by major rod manufacturers to deliver a high performance fishing rod you will be proud to own. Netcraft kits come with all the parts and material needed to complete your rod. Each kit includes a rod blank, cork grips, reel seat has a wood insert with aluminum hardware, handle parts, guides with matching top, epoxy glue, thread and thread finish, stir sticks, brushes, mixing cups and instructions. Some basic tools like sandpaper, razor blades, scissors and a rat tail file (for reaming cork) will be needed.
