The Owner 5164 Flashy Swimmer is a unique hook for rigging soft swimbaits, flukes and other swimming soft plastics. The spinner blade is attached to a non-movable weight that acts as a keel. The weight helps to sink or swim the rigged bait down into the strike zone while the spinner blade adds fish attracting flash. A TwistLock centering pin is attached to the hook eye to keep plastics in place.
