Our Netcraft IM6 7' medium light popping fishing rod building kit features a Netcraft Sportsman’s Series IM6 graphite spinning popping rod blank that is incredibly lightweight, strong and sensitive. The 296475 rod blank is a one piece blank, 7’ long designed for lures weighing ¼ - ½ oz with a fast action and a matte black finish. The 296475 will make a great rod for smaller crankbaits and finesse fishing. It can also be used for techniques such as drop shotting. Good all round rod for smallmouth, largemouth, and walleye fishing. This rod building kit includes the same quality parts and materials used by major rod manufacturers to deliver a high performance fishing rod you will be proud to own. Netcraft kits come with all the parts and material needed to complete your rod. Each kit includes a rod blank, cork grips, graphite reel seat, handle parts, guides with matching top, epoxy glue, thread and thread finish, stir sticks, brushes, mixing cups and instructions. Some basic tools like sandpaper, razor blades, scissors and a rat tail file (for reaming cork) will be needed.
