Our Netcraft IM6 9' medium heavy spinning rod building kit features a Netcraft Sportsman’s Series IM6 graphite spinning rod blank that is incredibly lightweight, strong and sensitive. The 296447 rod blank is a two piece blank, 9’ long designed for lures weighing ½-2 ½ oz with a fast action and a matte black finish. The 296447 is a well suited blank for musky and large strippers when casting big bucktail spinners and top water plugs. Saltwater fisherman hunting large tarpon, snook and redfish will like the added length for longer casts and fish fighting power. This rod building kit includes the same quality parts and material used by major rod manufacturers to deliver a high performance fishing rod you will be proud to own. Netcraft kits come with all the parts and material needed to complete your rod. Each kit includes a rod blank, cork grips, graphite reel seat, handle parts, guides with matching top, epoxy glue, thread and thread finish, stir sticks, brushes, mixing cups and instructions. Some basic tools like sandpaper, razor blades, scissors and a rat tail file (for reaming cork) will be needed.
