Clear plastic cone heads make flared skirts from silicone, rubber, fishair and crimped nylon. Pull material through a skirt collar and then slide the collar onto the conehead. Dress lures and trebles for great looks. Small size works for treble hooks size 1 and smaller. Large works for larger trebles and spinnerbait skirts. Use with skirt collar 345431.
