Skipcut silicone skirt material is known for its bright colors and non-stick surface. To use, pull the slit silicone material through a skirt collar making sure uncut tabs are at the end of the skirt. Cut off end tabs to free skirt legs. Use 1 slit piece per skirt. Makes skirts up to 5-1/4 inches. About 12 feet per 2 oz. pack. We estimate you can make 180 skirts per pound.
