Gudebrod makes some of the finest nylon rod wrapping thread available. Size A rod wrapping thread is commonly used to wrap guides and butt wraps on freshwater fly, spinning and casting rods. The small diameter of size A thread gives the wrap the appearance of paint on the guide foot instead of wrapping thread. Rod wrapping thread is often used by jig tyers to tie body materials.
