CLOSEOUT! The Alps XTCPPLT fishing rod top features an exclusive recessed ring design (R.R.D.) that creates enhanced gluing surface between the ring and guide frame for better durability. The XPCPPLT's frame is formed from corrosion proof 316 stainless steel. The XPCPPLT's TiCH frame finish is applied using the "PVD", physical vapor deposition method. This high-tech process vaporizes a solid material and allows it to condense onto the guide frame and form a coating. PVD coatings improve hardness and corrosion resistance. The highly polished aluminum oxide ring offers excellent hardness, wear and very low coefficient of friction. It is hard enough to stand up to all "Super Braid Lines" and offers unsurpassed value.
