International Orders
We proudly ship to fishermen around the world. Prices in our
catalog and on our website are in U.S. dollars. Receive
your order in 6-10 business days after shipment. All orders are
shipped by Priority Mail International. No duties or taxes
are included. Please consult with your local postal
service and customs for information on any fees for your
country. Not all of our products can be shipped to all destinations. Shipping
charges are based on the items ordered and they are
displayed during checkout. Shipping fees include insurance.
We will also accept your order via Fax or mail. Please contact customer service customerservice@jannsnetcraft.com
if you have any questions.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico - Use
our regular ground shipping fees for parcel post. The 2-Day
Air Service fee is $35.00. Air Service delivery to outlying
areas may take an additional 3-4 days.
Holidays - We are closed the following holidays,
New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day
and Christmas.
Shipping time - Over 95% of our
orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. If we have
your current email address, we will confirm receipt of
your order and
order shipment.
